Why DO we have a TV remote control?

LOL! True...same here...plus, each to their own huh...I love my remote and I'm not lazy thank you. I like to relax when I'm watching TV not run backwards and forwards like a headless chook. Also, with the remote beside me, I get to instantly mute every single annoying advertisement.

Watching TV isn't the only thing I do all day.
