Incorrect--trickster figures are almost always a local small canid--coyotes, foxes, or jackals are common, but a rotund little canid called the tanuki is featured in Japanese lore as a semi-trickster alongside the ubiquitous fox.

Fact?

Miniature ponies have been trained to guide the blind in the manner of a Seeing Eye dog.

False (Edo era of Japan, 13th century. It was "invented" later in other locations, not making it unthinkable for the Ancient Egyptians to do, but I would think papyrus would not lend itself well to folding.)

Incorrect--giant pandas are more closely related to bears, and red pandas are more closely related to racoons.

Fiction.

The number of toes on an Oriental dragon differs depending on its country of origin.

I don't know but I'm going to guess false.

(Also, it is true that honey, properly stored, has a rediculously long shelf life.)

Anyway, let me add one:
Fact or Fiction: The first Looney Tunes character was Porky Pig.
