Why would we do that, it would speed up global warming, cost us more money and all to help some oil company executive. I guess that might be fine for you but I prefer to use only as many miles as I need to.

Oddly enough, I do not understand what this actually means. I mean, putting me on top of ice cream would be bad for me as it would make me feel cold, and it would be bad for the ice cream as it would eventually melt. I suppose it could be done to soften up ice cream but a microwave would be more efficient in terms of time and in terms of maximizing pleasure; ice cream sooner is better than later given a current desire for ice cream, warm is more comfortable than cold for most individuals, and time not spent sitting on ice cream could be used on more enjoyable activities.

Be more than other people. Believe that you can always be more, and strive to achieve it.

And even if you are, don't go out of your way to make them feel bad about it. Kindness is a strength as well, and is something that you should grow with other aspects of yourself.
