This is an great oppertunity for a pratical joke.
On Sunday morning, talk to some fundies about being woke up in the middle of the night with a weird noise and all these people flying butt naked in the sky and like some other poster mention leaving full sets of clothing in folks front yards. :twisted:

If this is the new Earth it looks very much like the old one.

I heard that this was only the beginning of the end and that the world would actually end sometime in October.

What timezone in America was this Last Judgement time being calculated from?

It was supposed to happen at 6pm in each time zone. Starting with Tonga, then New Zealand etc.

It's 23.17 in Tonga now, and no earthquakes or trumpets as yet.

What's funny is that Rev. Camping never mentioned hell, he mentioned that the unrepentant sinners will cease to be conscious, nothing else. He did mentioned that the righteous would go to heaven.

He isn't a fundamentalist, he just claims that he can mathematically predict when the world will end. I wonder how all that works.
