exercising requires just the right music, the stuff that allows me to channel my awareness with nothing left over is usually the best. It helps if it's beautiful on multiple levels.

This works amazingly. For 3:12 minutes today at the gym i was completely within the moment, the easiest 3:12 minutes of the entire workout.

Shirley bassey actually kinda reminds my of my aunt (my mums sister) , my aunts mixed race, beautiful and spent a lot of her childhood growing up in wales. She has a similar look to her too in some ways.
