PSSSSSST: I have it on good authority that someone whose name begins with W and ends with T, and whose middle letters are ERBER, has an unhealthy fascination with mustard. But I'm not naming any names, and you didn't hear this from me.

I just finished a peanut butter and garlic sandwich. I think it's one of my obsessions.

I eat cheese sandwiches with mayonnaise sometimes, but more often I have cheese and tomato sauce sandwiches for breakfast! I KNOW that's one of my obsessions!

Quote:
Garlic is also known as an aphrodisiac because garlic improve the blood circulation significantly from the medical point of view. Medical researches proved that garlic in certain forms can stimulate the production of NOS particularly in individuals who have low levels of this enzyme. An enzyme called nitric oxide synthase (NOS) is primarily responsible for the mechanism of erection.

I heard a theory that too much/ or too little NOS may play a row in very early ASD
development.

Inspired by the garlic on peanut butter sandwich. I added a finely chop large clove of
garlic to about 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of natural peanut butter(non of that trans fatty acid
peanut butter!) ANd eating it on crackers. I like it a lot.

Oh read L-Arginine can boost NOS production so I took 3 grams to will see what kinda
effect I get out alot NOS in my body.
