I don't think your'e a bad guy at all. I do think you get too hung up on this topic though. This is not the first time you've brought it up. It was split off for what I think are fairly obvious reasons. You posted it as a comment to another thread. Look at the responses you gotten to it. These would all be in that other thread, essentially hijacking it (not intentionally maybe, but still) if the mods hadn't split it off. They could have just deleted it, but I don't think that would have been right either. You do have the right to your opinion.
I don't see this as a flame against the original post or poster either. Not anymore anyway, because the mods obviously removed any trace of who it was and where it was, unless there wasn't anything there to trace it to begin with. That's fine with me. I don't want to know who or where it was.
I don't argue your right to your opinion on this, but I do not agree with some of the statements you made.

I agree that most people I know on the spectrum are generally better at this. But not everyone is. Those that are not are in the minority. When you post things like this, you are pretty much targeting that minority. I shouldn't have to say anymore about that.
Assuming everyone can "easily fix" grammatical and spelling errors using a spell checker, you have to also assume that everyone knows there is a spellchecker to be used, how to run it, and how to use it. Maybe you and I do, and maybe everyone you know with computer does, but that doesn't mean EVERYONE does. I know quite a few people who have no idea how to spell and grammar check with their computers. Some didn't even know it existed until i told them.
I just wish you would give people a break. It would be better to not let it bother you so much, but if you can't do that (I get it man. There's a lot of things that annoy the hell out of me that probably shouldn't), let it go and move onto something else. Dropping your off topic opinion about it in the middle of a thread doesn't accomplish anything productive. It just throws the thread off, risks pissing off the OP and other users, and more often than not, ends up split off into a thread of its own. If you don't like that happening, why post the remark at all?
Some things just are not worth getting worked up over. That's all. Take it or leave it. It's up to you.
