I accomplish goals more often when I have start dates (and deadlines, for that matter).

I resolve to be more effective and efficient at deconstructing fallacious claims and delusional thinking in others.

Is that possible?

Yes, and I intend to make it inevitable.

Mine is to start running again. I used to run a lot in college and was just starting to get back into it when I got hit by a drunk driver on Labor Day weekend. Because of those injuries, I was restricted physical activity-wise until I did physical therapy for a while, but am at a point where I'm able to start running again. So, I'm going to work on getting myself back into good shape. I also started doing deep breathing and meditation again and my goal is to keep that up at least twice a week.

Has anyone thought of a new years resolution yet?

Mine is to make decisions opposed to resolutions.
