People using "of" instead of "have". I don't mind it when speaking, I do it too, but when writing it bugs me.

"I wish he would of told me" rather than "I wish he would have told me".

The words 'peckish' and 'pepper' really annoy me for some reason. Think its something to do with the 'pe' sound at the start.
