White Allysum
Electric Lilies
Lilacs
Pansies
Night-Scented Stock (for the scent rather than the appearance)
Black Roses
Morning Glories
Ammarylis

I don't like cut flowers though, I'd rather have a plant I can tend to and hopefully keep alive (I'm not much good at that though).
As far as plants go I like weird ones: Venus Fly Traps, Pitcher Plants, String Of Pearls, Lithops.

I can't see who said they like hydrangeas - I found out yesterday that if you water a hydrangea bush with pee, it will change the colour of the flowers. As the colour depends on the pH of the soil.

Jack-in-the-pulpit (Arisaema triphyllum), Pitcher Plant ( the Nepenthes distillatoria in particular) and the Venus flytrap (Dionaea muscipula).
