Funny enough it was a member of the Polish upper classes who was attending a Dinner event at my place of work that initially brought it to my attention that I looked like Tzar Nicolas, prior to that I didnt have a clue what he looked like, anyway, she kept going on about it and then, like you, claimed I could be related and said stuff about a film, "the Prince and the Pauper" I think.
She even went and got her Posh Mother to show her,
I think she was so impressed that she kept leaving her dinner function to come and see me, but ended up being disappointing to find I was rather older than I looked and so too old for a romantic relationship.

Another time, an Indian visitor came up to me and said, "I hope you dont mind me saying, but you look exactly like King George the fifth", maybe he got his Georges mixed up as I think I look much more like George the sixth.

I don't think you look like any of them. (Never saw that movie, but I watched Once Upon A Time when it was on)
