Love the quote. I run to both extremes. Some days it' s like water over oil, and other days I am naked and raw to everything. I think it depends on my stress level more than anything.

I am really bad. I seem to take things the wrong way and then get angry and attack

Yes, I'm extremely sensitive to criticism and insults. It can easily make me cry if I'm in a defensive mode or it can totally get me angry, aggressive. When I was a teenager I couldn't control anything and people used to abuse of that. Years passed by and I learnt how to manage my sensitiveness and became able to recognize positive / constructive critics, but still, I'm having difficult times with that...
