I've always called my grandmother Nannan, pretty much nanna with an n on the end.

I call my grandmother on my mum's side 'Granny Kaye' (her first name) and on my dad's side 'Gran'. My great grandmother is 'Gran-at-the-beach' for obvious reasons.
