am pretty sure that since it is in a pizza restaurant, that it is protected with an industrial-strength HEPA filter system powerful enough to filter out grease and smoke and whatnot.

Classical music, specifically, symphonies, tone poems and piano sonatas from the Romantic era.

Metal, specifically, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, System Of A Down, and groups of that ilk.

Jazz, specifically, solo jazz piano like Oscar Peterson, Art Tatum, Chick Corea, etc.

my favorite piano player is dick hyman. he truly is master of his domain, on all keyboards [moog, piano, harpsichord, pipe organ, electronic organ]. my fave pipe organist is Charlie Balogh. nobody can play like that man.

He may be real, but that doesn't make his name any less dirty...

Metal(various sub-genres)lately I've been listening to a lot of folk and viking metal.
Post Punk or stuff that sounds like it
Psychedelic rock oldschool or neo-psychedelia/some progressive rock
Industrial and more dark sounding electronic or I like really trippy electronic...I hate when electronic music has awful vocals that sound like The Chipmunks or a furby toy from when I was a kid though which a lot of it seems to have.
