I save on electricity by not running the AC and wearing skimpy clothes all the time during the summer.
I'm outside doing stuff so I'm not home running the electric bill.
My electric bill averaged $56 a month this past summer.
It took all summer but I got a nice light tan that was pretty even. I wore sunscreen to help even it out.
Our electric bill is over a hundred more than that during the summer which is more than 2wice what we pay in winter. We live on the top floor of a three floor apartment building & heat is included for free but they don't provide air-conditioning. We had to buy our own ACs & we pay the electricicity to run them. Our living-room opens into our kitchen. We hung a curtain in front our hall to try & stop the living-room air-conditionng from escaping down there. When the temp is in the 90s, our living-room AC can barely keep the temp below 80 even thou we run it nonstop for days. I always had a low tolerance to heat & humidity. I feel alot hotter when I'm physically active & I get worn out & out of breath very easily & sweat easily; I think it might be a medical issue besides me just being very out of shape but IDK what. Heat can also agrevate my skin eczema. I do hate being very cold too thou & heating also agrevates my skin eczema.I'm outside doing stuff so I'm not home running the electric bill.

The electricity bill for my room, is $70 in USD a month, even when im using 3 hours aircon for a day. I have no idea why the f**k it is so high, or what is causing it.

Thanx. I really need to push myself to gradually be more active. I am in the process of trying to get my skin & allergies better treated so things are looking up but it'll take time.

I have to run AC for my kids.
Their bedrooms are on the top floor of my house, facing the afternoon sun.
They literally roast in there.
That means I have to pump it through the whole house.
The rest of the house is so cold I shiver.
My electric is around $110.
That's not bad for a huge house for 3-4 people.
Actually the AC is still going 24/7.
I don't go outside much because of agoraphobia and photophobia.
I forgot to mention metastatic skin cancer is genetic in my family.
It killed my dad.
My mother has it.
My brother has it.
I've had countless spots cut out of me.
I don't do sunshine at all and would be terrified of getting a tan.

Nope.
Summer is my favorite time. Grew up in Florida before airconditioning was everywhere.

I save money too on bills, my electricity is low too, I don’t turn on my lights very much, I’m sensitive to lights. This past summer, I only use my A/C a few times, I have two fans in the living room, one fan is big, like a box fan, it called a wind tunnel, it save money too,the other fan is a fan that stand, it move around, I have a cat, she needs a fan too & it helps cool down my apartment.
