I didn't know what a "chav" was so I looked it up on wiki. Apparently it's what people in the UK call someone who dresses and acts "gangsta".

Every day, learn something new.

I used to think a "scouser" was a bad person until I learned on Youtube it's a term for somebody born/breed in Liverpool.

Responding to the OP, yes, it's a discrimination, though other unspecified factors cannot be ignored. If there's no other reason than his shaved head, then it's definitely a discrimination. Some men have their head shaved because they have started to lose their hair and have no choice but to shave their head to look the way they think is nice. It can be discrimination against men who have male baldness.

As a male I worry about losing hair. I actually do have my full hair but I do worry about it. The discrimination against bald men is not taken seriously.

Often security guards at the entrance of various places don't have very clearly defined rules and just arbitrarily reject some people for no clear reasons, and then try to come up with a reason. The other day my friend got rejected at the entrance of a certain shop and he asked the security guard whether it was due to Covid restrictions or his age (he is > 30). Her response was "I don't know!". Obviously the security guard had no clear reason but rejected my friend any way just to look like she's doing her job because he didn't look too scary.

A similar thing happened to me but it was because I had shaved balls.

Did you get them out at the door or once you were inside the club?

I can't actually see that a doorman would have turned someone away just because he has a shaved head. There must have been other reasons.

One of my friends shaves his head and was once accused of being a skin head.He isn’t, shaves it because it’s easy to take care off.
I'd suspect that other things were factored into that judgement like the cloths & accessories he was wearing & his mannerisms like the way he was acting & his facial expressions & body language. Perhaps his age was a factor as well. Someone in their early 20s is more likely to be assumed bald because they are trying to make a statement & fit in with a certain cultural group than someone in their 40s. However me & someone I knew from work both started losing our hair cuz of male-pattern baldness when we turned 25. He started shaving his head but I started doing various things to try & stop it but I'm still losing some. I don't want to shave because my head itches alot where I've lost some but it does not itch anywhere else. I'm concerned that shaving my head would make my whole head constantly itch. I've discussed it with my docs before & it's not dandruff or anything like that. I wear a hat whenever I go out because I don't want to risk getting sunburnt & I also need a winter hat to keep warm cuz winters are very cold.

He was walking his dog,no tattoos, dressed liked a regular person , jeans ,t-shirt ,tennis shoes, no jewelry or piercings.
What made it even more bizarre is he is about 1/4 Black.
