A bit.

But if I have a few tokes then I’m way more likely to munch out. I rarely smoke at all lately tho so that’s good.

Need to be more and more active And cut the sweets/leave them for my dad/friends to eat.

if i need something sweet, it will be sweetened with stevia. i don't feel so good if i ever eat more than a trace amount of sugar/refined carb. i had a weak moment the other day.

Leftovers and basic heating of things tdy, not really any real cooking. Closest it gets is the yves veggie burger patty I have in a frying pan rn.

I would normally use a propane bbq but no sense in firing that up for one little veggie patty vs 6-10+ burgers a batch or whatever.

There’s an air fryer here I’ve used once to heat some frozen coconut battered prawns. I’d rather just put ‘em on parchment paper on a pan in the oven.

No one else wanted a veggie burger though so I just used the smallest pan to thaw & heat one. 1 slice of toast w/ ranch & Franks reshot and a bowl of clam chowder made a 1/2 decent lazy meal.

I had Mac-n- cheese out of box one day, I was tired and it’s easy.I added spices to make it tastier.Food pantry hands out lots of Mac-n-cheese.
Next day was tacos made with a filling of tofu, sautéed onions, corn and tomatoes.
Rice pudding made with oat milk, vanilla ,sugar and eggs and nutmeg.
I have some sprouts going to replace my dead garden greens.
For a snack I heated sliced corn tortillas in air fryer with a spray of cooking oil and cumin and chili powder.
I don’t like breakfasts, that’s just back coffee.
Hens are back laying!!

supertoast

It’s just toast with butter AND peanut butter, for those days when you need enough salt to float the Titanic.

Yum.
