Yes. People have always told me I need to stand up straight and I just couldn't. Turns out I have a really really bad case of scolosis.

I have bad posture. I have slight scoliosis, and a crooked neck.

I guess surgery is only necessary for those who are unable to walk properly or have an hunchback. That's not my case. Spinal surgery is too much of a risc and it's not recomended if I can fix it wearing braces (tight vests). ^_^


I dont' think mine will ever "fix" itself since I'm long done growing (27 years old) and my bones are too hard by now. I stand up straighter than I used to because I've worked on my muscles but I still look like I have a hunchback when I bend forward. Maybe it doesn't look that bad to other people but I still hate it and wish I could have surgery.

I have body dysmorphic disorder about it as well. Probably from all the times people told me to stand up straighter when it is impossible because my spine is actually deformed. I can't even look at pictures of myself because I'm afraid of seeing my "bad" posture.

i've been acused of being a serial killer, but never said I walked like one :lol:

Anyway. My posture is ok, I think.
I know that I do look down when I am walking, don't know the reason though...just a habit.

People say I slouch, I don't think I do though, I think it's just people being fussy.

I walk on my heels and may seems like I have a hunched back. My head also tends to be leaning left, right or forward. I either move like a slug or walk like I was in the army, switching from time to time. Along with all this, I occasionally seem as if I was limping
