My attention was drawn to this via David Icke's recent books, he has been writing about infinite, collective concsiousness vs the 'matrix' for some time, and had already made the link to DNA intuitively even before this research was published (arguably they both might have discovered it simultaneously in synchronicity - id have to check the dates Very Happy )
Also consider that the ancient chinese divination/metaphysical model the Yi-Ching also mirrors the structure of DNA. I havent read much on that yet, but Terrance McKenna would probably be a good place to start.
Unfortunately im not sure if 'Vernetzte Intelligenz' the pop publication of the russian research has been translated yet (will have to check) but if you search around you can find summaries on various sites (i just pulled the above link from google quickly at random) often adding their own speculations - this one even starts talking about evolutionary autism Surprised well, ADD anyway..

Thank you so much for your links.
I have a friend who is a cell molecular biologist. He, and I used to spend hours talking about hours talking about genetic memory. Things like the instincts
that animals possess. When a baby chicken is born, it instinctively knows to eat corn immediately after it emerges from it's egg. My friend, and I talked about how it is possible that the experiences you have in life may be passed on to your children. Everyday you gain experiences and as you age you become a different person all of the time. The children that you have being born at different points in your life may possess different qualities as you become a different person each day of your life. We live on through our children genetically, and also can give them the benefits of our knowledge after they are born. The drive to reproduce may be in part our own will to survive. Not everyone chooses to reproduce but it is inherent in most animals.
Psyche, I will have to read your links several times to take it all in. I am like that. I feel that when I am given information like what you have provided it is for a reason.
I deliberately treat life as if is real, but I also do this in my dreams. When faced with danger in or dreams it is instinctive to avoid it. In dreams we all treat them as if they were real. I read a book when I was a kid called "The Time Bender". The main character Laffeyette O'Leary found a book on lucid dreaming. In the end (sorry to give it away). Laffeyette learns his dream world was the real world where he was a king, and his other life was a dream, caused by a a wizard putting a spell on him. It was a fun fantasy book to which there were sequels.
The childhood books "The White Mountains, The City of Gold and Lead and The Pool of Fire ", were also favorites of mine. Has anyone read them?
