Finally!
Stopped rocking.
Now I am rubbing the top of my head in a circular motion. I wouldn't think it was stimming but I think I have been doing it - holy cow! for an half hour.....

I think a stim is defined as any repetetive, non-functional activity, isn't it? Some (like hand flapping and rocking) are merely more stereotypical.
