Ground oats mixed with beef and onion sprinkled with some garlic and sided with potatoes and carrot sticks. My breath is suffering, don't come near me. I dont' know what sauce I put on it all but it tasted good.

Nah, decided on pasta sauce... The thick and chunky homemade saude which tomato chunks and onion and garlic, and only thing it was missing was mushroom.
