Can you give a list of everyone that was banned?
If not, can you give them a way to send one last message to everyone before they are banned
(maybe a different forum)?
Can you let them explain reasons for being banned when they come back (a final apology)?

the answer to your first question is on the "moderators' questions" thread in the wrongplanet.net discussion forum.

as for the second, i'm not sure if it can be done (i'm not a computoid person), or if it would be practicable.

for the third - anyone can post the reasons for their ban when they return, if they so wish.
