I think it was chocolate, but I'm not 100% sure. :P

I just made some BLTs, and they were awesome. Well, of course they were awesome, 'cause there aren't too many ways you can screw 'em up.

For lunch at the school where I am the gifted intervention specialist, I had a hot dog with tater tots---and chocolate milk.

Plan was to post this yesterday but something went wrong (no details) but yeah, this is what I ate yesterday eve....
Image

It's rocket lettuce, small pieces of apple, idem walnut, onion rings, sour creme, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. That, on a fresh French 'baquette' and topped off with a slice of smoked salmon. Mmmm, lovely stuff.

Oh, 'anti pasta' was a French onion soup.

(I kinda screwed up today's dinner.... but hey)

'Very' nice, and hey, we have the same kind of cutting board.
I'm going to try that, soon as possible!

Yeah, it is nice and very easy to make. Instead of the salmon (not wise to eat that too much, imo) one can also use smoked halibut.

~

At present I'm eating a pear and half an orange. (yay, three cheers for quite healthy diets)

(sorry)

Yoghurt and honey and sesame seed puree ( white tahini ) mixed up together with thick organic cream.

Hey, good one. Bought a jar of tahini almost a year ago (for it has good mineral/metal 'features'), tried it on very low-gluten white bread, tasted kinda yuck, also very dry, and didn't know what to do with it after that but that's maybe a good option. Maybe even add some fresh figs to it, I'm thinking now.

Oh, I'm drinking a glass of Sicilian white wine at the moment (it's 10-ish in the evening here) accompanied (?) with a mixture of nuts. (no peanuts though)

The only way I like Tahini is on top of a stir fry of really nice veggies sauteed with garlic and tamari sauce over simmered long grain brown rice and I like to top it off with a little nutritional yeast, as well. Very delicious.

Oh there's another way. I'm sure there are a multitude of ways to enjoy it:
Lemon Tahini Dressing over homemade Falafel with lettuce, tomato, cuke, onion veggies with alfalfa sprouts in a Whole Wheat Pita Pocket.
