I don't get why autism parents think autistic adults know nothing about what it's like being an autistic child, when we used to BE autistic children.

I don't get the term "Autism parents".
It sounds like they gave birth to Autism.
I didn't know Autism was a living person. 8O

I consider myself an "Autistic parent", because I'm autistic.

NT parents of autistic children shouldn't have a label imo.
They can just say "Parents of autistic kids", or something like that.

Why some people think that money is the most important thing in the world.

I don't get why it's 25 degrees right now near the end of October. This is not normal, nor is it good.

I also don't get why people live in so much denial about climate change even though the world around us has clearly been very poisoned by greed, carelessness, and general human stupidity. :x

But then again I don't get why throwing canned soup on a famous oil painting is supposed to solve the world's problems, either. :(

I don't get why entitled people have to be obsessed with the perfect life.

That is the million dollar question: why do they?

What do people with billions of dollars/pounds do with it all? I just want enough money to live comfortably, not billions.

It is very worrying, people seem to be blind to climate change.

The soup was just to get attention to the issue of climate change. It worked extremely well because no one has stopped talking about it since

Trouble is, their recent shock tactics are mainly solidifying public opinion AGAINST their cause. A hefty proprtion of the general public now view climate activists as the new terrorists, and not too many people are keen on standing up and saying, "They speak for me with what they did." I know I'm not, after the Captain Tom thing. Meanwhile, the Government has been emboldened to propose criminalising ALL protest, two years retroactively even, and persecuting activists who don't shut up and put up for the rest of their lives.

Yes, the Captain Tom attack was disgusting. The soup attack was just silly. I liked the 55 Tufton Street paint attack though

The government has been planning to criminalise all protest for years! It's been in the works for a long time, it's nothing to do with modern activists. They even want to arrest people who are 'likely to protest.' Which is every human being.

This is not normal. People have been protesting for centuries, and have a right to protest. Governments behaving so extremely is a very bad sign. If they stop us protesting about ANYTHING, they can do ANYTHING to us and we can't fight back. If they want to, for example, start up fracking again, or cut our wages, or make us work 70 hour weeks, or make trans people illegal, or stop gay marriage, or stop abortion...we can't protest!

But still, I guess when temperatures are 50C and the climate is out of control, people will be happy that they complained about a bit of soup thrown around!

I don't get why so many people are afraid to be themselves.

I don't get why so many people think it's wrong for a woman to be single and not have a love interest, even if she's okay with it.

Simple, not everyone is a good person. If they were truly themselves, they would be shunned, cost them their employment, no one likes an abuser or a toxic person or someone who lies and manipulates and is self absorbed they only care about themselves. Some people are very judgmental so if they opened their mouths every time they had an opinion, they would get a social consequence too.

I don't get how some people can have so much money while others have to scrape to get buy.
