Does drinking beer once or twice a week max make me a heavy drinker?

It might make you a binge drinker depending on how much you drink

Had breakfast, took my meds and haven't had a drop at 11am. Am going to try and stay off it today as overdid it a bit yesterday.

Was a day for a mild buzz. Had a sip of whiskey this morning, went and blitzed through some work, ripped back home and had a shower beer then took a strong talk can with me to down before going to see the new Mission Impossible movie that’s just about to start. Apparently it’s “Part One,” so will be to be continued.

Are you self medicating your ADHD like me?

Bong, glass one hitter and a cool collection of stone pipes.Usually just the one glass hitter and the small bong.I used to bid on the pipes on eBay and got them for a couple bucks.

I like a spliff but I don't smoke it anymore really unless I go to Amsterdam.

Helps me with anxiety and PTSD nightmares. It lasts longer just taking a puff every now and then than rolling hoglegs with it.

Yeah I can see how it helps with the nightmares. That's why I used to use it regularly when I was younger. I just find that I can't function on it these days. It's OK if I'm staying in and watching telly all day by myself but that's about my limit.

I get high really easy and I get drunk really easy too. I'm such a cheap date.

When faced with stressful social situations (for example women not wanting to talk to me) I get the urge to down my beers more quickly which is a sign of mental weakness on my part :(
