I hear this constant sound like running water I smell gunpowder like its stuck in my sinuses and my mind keeps taking me back to my past when i used to have people trying to jump or mug me routinely, it may seem strange but all in all I'm staring at my bedroom ceiling feeling pretty good pretty happy I hope I can make other people feel this way, hope you all have a good night

Finally got the packages. :o Consider this as a present for myself.

Hmmm...
The glasses are much lighter and thinner. Sensory wise, better than my current one.
A bit awkward because of the part where the nose rests.

And the earplugs are way softer than the traditional ones I've been wearing.
.. My left ear is still weird though.

 Overall, it's an upgrade.

Wondering if and when I'll get my hair cut again. It's been almost two years because of Covid, and my stylist went out of business being closed for so long. I'm looking just a little Bohemian.

I was looking at sundresses online and saw this picture.

I thought that the model's right hand was in a pocket. That made me happy because it's hard to find dresses with pockets.

Then I looked again and thought "OMG, that's not a pocket. She's an amputee!"

I was totally impressed with the agency for hiring an amputee to model their fashions. I thought it was very progressive and a lovely picture. I stared at her stump and was really convinced.

Image

Then I realised she's not an amputee, and her hand isn't in a pocket. Her arm is bent and her hand is in her hair.

Am I blind or did it trick your eyes, too?

Considering at home work; as,I'm literally tired of doing thinks of a physical nature; for, I feel drained of such after spending many years in such scenarios.

It tricked me for a moment, I focused on the bottom part of the picture first and thought her arm ended at the elbow, then realized when my mind also interpreted the top part as well.

I'm glad that Phoenix's ears aren't cropped and that his tail isn't docked.

Edit: I didn't realize there was a button to bump threads and pressed it while scrolling through the thread on my phone.

Only if I skim-scroll fast enough.

I had it on my laptop with the screen angled so that it was a darker picture. Then I zoomed in on her "stump" which cut her upper body out of the picture. lol. I tend to hyperfocus on details and not see the big picture. I didn't even look at her shoulder area.

Hero - There's a button for bumping?
A bump button?
What is this madness? Where?

I had posted that comment a few hours before, but while scrolling this thread later I pressed something that bumped my post to be the most recent, and sent me to a page saying I bumped the thread.

I can't find it again though, so I don't know how I even did that.

When one apparently is the last poster of the thread.
On what time or duration right after, unsure.

Might be an option to prevent double-posting.
It also allows editing... Hmm..

Wondering why people are allowed to spam certain forums with threads that just drown out other threads.

My detractors are posting stupid things yet they claim intellectual superiority over me.
