I had a bad asthma attack and I still can't breathe well despite taking my inhalers. I also had an allergic reaction to one of my cats which probably started it.

We have a couple today, yes. I ultimately did end up shutting down last night and had to hide under blankets for the rest of the night. It's so frustrating as I can't really communicate at all with my partner during those times.

Right now:
I'm really craving some pizza

I am so tired of people talking about marriage and the beauty of relationships and whatever.
They don't even know half of my mental illnesses and autism. The worst thing is i don't even know if those people would remain my friends if they were to know. I don't know what is under their mask of smiling faces if i were to mention autism to them.

I feel better today. I slept a lot last night because I was exhausted.

Mine shows up as 19 even though I'm 20. It also showed up as 18 when I was 19. I've tried slightly changing my birthday, but it doesn't do anything.

What to eat for lunch.

I'm thinking a lot about losing weight and have been researching keto and fasting. It would be helpful to have my wife's support but she doesn't seem very interested.

I am scared about the changes that the change in diet and habits will bring along with the likelihood I'll start on ADHD meds soon. I don't really know who I am so changing my vague reality will be unnerving to say the least.

Almost had an anxiety attack because I thought I had to start school in September, but then realized that I finally I graduated high school in June.

P.S. I have been out of high school for a VERY long time, and I still have the occasional nightmare or wakeup that involves me being terrified of going back to or being back in school!
