I think being animal would be a good stress relief :o

Wake up, kettle on, dog out, Give my 22 year old sons meds, Breakfast for son. Shower son. Brush his teeth. Dress him. Make sure he has everything in his bag for his day. Put Sons coat on. Hand him over to his two carers. Then go online for emails etc.
