Guessing 3?

1. I love going to a particular Pacific Island

2. I used to have a fear of flying but that disappeared

3. I like travelling to countries where I can't understand the language

Nope mine is 3. I really don't like not being able to understand the language spoken all around me. Even more of a babble than usual

2 Ironing? What's that, exactly?

Ironing is an odd festival - once every 10 years the people of Feeltown decide they want their linen wrinkle free. A great pile is brought together to be 'ironed' . Usually only the first half of the pile gets done, the unironed go into the cupboard as is. The people then celebrate with great movements of throwing themselves into chairs and crying 'phew!'

The lie was 3 but that mercifully has changed and my new task is to get out the recipes of what we want so a list can be compiled from that.

2. An exciting package turned up this am!

3. Maybe I throw the days plans away in order to watch season one of a certain TV show.

That's odd. I haven't heard of the toilsome activity although I keep my Victorian gowns all in splendid array with my magic wand. Enjoy the great movements and throwing of selves into a chair. That sounds grand today.

1. I have been out all night disco dancing to "Copacabana" with my girlfriends

2. I finally dropped my laptop for repair and I'm on my phone

3. I had a long nap and wish I could just start this day over again. Is it yesterday yet?

I did hear the song, though. In terms of misunderstood lyrics I always thought it said "When it was finished... He called her Rover..." and I thought it was weird. Seriously? Today it clicked. "Ohhhhhhhh!! !! !" and I realized he says "When it was finished .... he called her over".

Duh.

3 is most certainly true. Thanks again for all your kind words. We are all here because we have varying levels of difficulty at expressing our feelings or making inferences. I guess I flubbed.

I mean it. Tell me the time and we can tag-team. I'm wide awake and ready to watch. I almost started last night. Gotta love Claire and the cantaloupe. Plus, my dad died Christmas Eve. It's uncanny in terms of my life really. Game on.
