I've noticed what draws me to my avatar of the evening. Mick Avory is my favourite Kink, I'm comfortable in a larger body, though I'd like to get down to 200 lbs to start with and purple is the Gay Pride colour. Mick is the larger one to the right in the purple jacket and I see a lot of myself in him in this particular avatar. :)

I really regret what I said in the Movies & Television Forum yesterday about not loving Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland anymore. I also regret the many, many times I've tried to convince myself and others that Burton's movies are no longer one of my special interests. By saying that, I'm lying to myself, just as I used to lie to myself when I said that I didn't like anime anymore.

Why am I forcing myself to choose between my two greatest loves? There's no law that says I have to choose only one. I need to become more secure about my special interests and allow each and every one of my favorite characters, both from Tim Burton's world and the world of anime, to coexist peacefully in my imaginary world.
