I spontaneously exploded into a cloud of dust from too much physical work.

I was lounging in the grass and listening to music with my noise-canceling headphones at a park with a long trail I like to go to. Anyway, a woman saw me and thought I was unconscious. She called 911. Paramedics AND 2 police cars showed up. I live in a small town where not much goes on.

Then I stopped in a grocery store on my way home and ran into my ex.

It’s been a great day./s

Last night I had a bad headache. I seem to be getting them more often where they just start suddenly above one of my eyes and then get worse and spread across my forehead. I took some Tylenol and went to bed and it seemed to work, but I'm worried it will come back. Meanwhile my brain is telling me about the many things that could be causing the headaches, and 99% of them will kill me.

I did wake up with a sore back. My brain is telling me the many things that could be wrong about that, too. Things that will require surgery, being bed bound and having my body stuck with tubes and hoses.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to have my ears checked. I have to be up at noon or earlier to go to the appointment. Which for me is practically the crack of dawn. I'm worried I'll need surgery done on my ears. Again, like the many times I had to get surgery on them up until I was maybe 19 or 20 years old.

Well, now technically yesterday (it's late)... I had to see a podiatrist to get my broken pinky toe checked on. I broke it last Monday. The podiatrist said the ER doctor didn't reset it properly, so he reset it. It took 3 tries. So painful! It's a really bad dislocated fracture of the middle phalanx.
I'm so sorry! That sounds quite bad!

Aw, thanks! It's been pretty rough. I can't wait for it to be fully healed. Watch your toes! I stubbed it. All the years and all the times I stubbed my toes, I had never broken one till now.

Lol...being reminded that I snapped the end off both little proximal phalanges, and due to tension, both have "progressed to non union", meaning the gap filled with collagen as glue.
Thanks to my connective tissue disorder making fragile collagen, they re-break regularly.

I have a connective tissue disorder, too! I have dislocated many joints. At first i though that is what happened to my toe. I was really hoping it was just that. How did you break yours?

I fugged up my sciatica again trying to lift my mother out of a wheelchair, meaning another week or two (let's hope not three) of not being able to sleep or share a bed because every position kills.

It was just getting to the point I could walk and now I'm back at square one with separate bedrooms.
