I guess that’s the point.

Put up enough barriers…

If you make accessing help frustrating enough fewer people will follow through on accessing it.

Exactly my point.

It's been one of the things that's served to discourage me from following through with pursuing help until recently. :(

Not getting any sleep. Good thing I'm not driving. Will be home in a few hours. Anxious to see my kitties.

I understand. I have to fight so hard to get my clients even basic services. Many people get discouraged and quit trying.

I hope you can get help. I have no idea how it works in Canada. I wish you luck and smoother pathways in your journey.

The chronic pain will do that to you. I also seem to remember you are going through changes? I tend to have depressive reactions to change, even when the changes are good ones.

I try to remember it will pass. That is way harder for me to do than it sounds.

The trapped German soldier in a female body feeling. If things could go my way, I'd wake up in a male body tomorrow.

Whenever I'm taking softgel meds...

I really don't want to look for a job for a while but at the same time feel useless and worthless when i don't work. I wish there was something i could do to earn money so i can help my parents.
