Had some communication issues with picking me up from group, so i walked around downtown to every bank for 15mins, trying to find the meeting spot, anxiety and the feeling of abandonment rising, til it turned into a panic attack.
What i absolutely did not want to happen before my interview, was severe anxiety or a panic attack, due to recovery time. It f**king happened, though hah
