Best damn Star Fleet captain there ever was. Coincidentally, I had a whole pot of Earl Gray today, straight, unsweetened. Now I'm having some tea made from chamomile that was growing near the herb garden.

So true. It took me a while to wean off the sugar, a bit less time for the milk. I found the key was brewing temp using a thermometer, especially for green teas that otherwise get astringent and bitter. By now I can judge the temperature that it will brew at in the pot, whatever a certain type of tea needs, based on just the sound of the water approaching a boil... But I digress from the topic at hand. :)
