That would be a snack for me, lol.

Normally I would make the argument of different sleep patterns, but since you have the same one as me almost....you are a boy and have a higher metabolism. Plus, I am usually active all day, I haven't worked out enough to burn off that many calories.

I spend about 80% of my time sitting in front of my computer. I win at inactive.

Me too :P
Aside from the time which I jog (I mean run).
and sometimes I go on rollerskating and biking expeditions...but I am waking up to late for those now.
I just ate half a regular-sized kit kat bar and two (140 calories) chocolate covered granola bars.
I am full...for now.
But I feel huge. 8O

That list of food made me wish I agreed to join in buying groceries (and snacks) and have doubts about whether I should begin exercising considering how I am. My metabolism is too fast and I'm afraid that'll end up making me biologically old but temporally young. Maybe that explains why females of many species generally live longer than males of many species.

Meh, everybody inherits some bad things.

Do you ever get bouts of tiredness when you know you won't sleep, but you feel that way anyways?

How would that work, with the old and young at the same time?
Your metabolism is too fast? What an AWFUL predicament. I wish mine was too fast.
I like food too much, though, I do love exercise more than the average person...so I guess that compensates for now

I think that's a side effect of bad sleeping patterns/habits. :chin:

It's been happening sporadically since summer of last year. 8O

But, I don't have enough information on it :?

Biologically old: appears old
Temporally young: younger by age (since birth)
Mentally old: too patient
Intellectually old: "Let's hope you don't use that knowledge of yours to take over the world."

I wish I could switch with you. However, it might not be the metabolism because I excrete relatively little and am rarely hungry. I think it's a problem somewhere else (digestion hormones?) because of the fact that I'm rarely hungry. Does exercise often make people hungrier?

Ok
So you'll age faster than normal but live a long time with a faster metabolism?
I would think it would be the other way around.

If only metabolisms were transferable. Well, do you eat a lot of fiber and protein? Those are the two most filling nutrients in food. That's the reason I eat so much, because it is a challenge for me to get those in. Maybe digestive hormones for specifically digesting those play a part as well. Too bad I don't eat yogurt. :? Yes. Exercise does because muscles burn more calories, and when you exercise more, you build more muscle. If you don't eat enough, then your body will eat into you muscles and make you weak. Plus, there is a certain amount of calories necessary for living, exercise obviously burns calories...and your body wants more to fill that gap. (that is a theory of my own, I haven't read enough to support it, but it makes sense according to my logic).
