Oh yeah I found a fiver this morning when I was walking into town

So I got 3 quids worth of stuff from the pound shop and then I got my bus fare home which is 2 quid for a single

It was like my birthday

It can happen in so many different ways. I awoke yesterday morning for the first time in several months, and again today, to find I had no need to change my nappy. I suspect that most of you will not fully understand how happy that makes me.

My therapist gave me an unscheduled phone call to tell me about fighting monsters or something :lol:

What ever it was made me laugh out loud on the bus...I know he's only checking up in me because of my recent brush with psychosis

It's good to know the system works
