I prayed for my dad's poor appetite after I moved into my apartment. I've been eating very little. Cereal for breakfast, vegetables for lunch and 2 canned fish burgers for supper. You'd better be careful what you ask for. You might get it.

It's so hot that I want to just strip all my clothes off (which I obviously can't do lol).

I'm so stressed and worried, I'm going to barf up a lung.

It's very hard to cook dinner for one. The heat doesn't help much. I'm going to look like young Ray Davies when Christmas rolls around. I'd rather spend $100 less on groceries and eat canned fish burgers than spend $250 on groceries and eat the large amounts of meat that I'm accustomed to. Canadians were promised a $300 a month raise for PWD in April, but that promise was taken away from us. That's my way of reacting.

Just managing with this chaotic heat.

Maybe find some friends in my offline, mundane life yet that's very difficult since all the of social meeting groups in my area are geared/developed for small children and teenagers.

On my mind is PTSD and avenues for coping and letting go of unintentional emotional trauma. Also the potential of comparing my marriage to an absinthe addiction in poetic form to vent the pressure and later be reminded that those feelings pass and the love remains.
