Daylight is gone...I can't do much outside anymore.

I don't know much at all about those lamps. I tend to feel better during the fall & winter than the spring & summer. I may be unique because I'm sensitive to the heat & high humidity we tend to have here & I'm sensitive to sinus allergists that act up more when things start growing more in the sprig & I also see better in lower light because of my rare vision disorder
