We may assume that several members never hit the submit button. There should be some kind of pre-submit button which would light a red lamp on everyone else's screen like telling that somebody is just about to hit submit, whether or not said intention is ever materialized. The idea is easily extended: before hitting this pre-submit button, one might want to hit a pre-pre-submit button. I can see no upper limit to this series of buttons.

I shave every few days, not only in order to avoid getting yelled at by my mom, but also to save on water.
