This was my dinner. Self made bami.. not sure you call it that.. but it's a Chinese dish with pieces of turkey (or chicken), several vegetables, mie (Ch. noodles) and a baked egg.

Almost once a week I eat this or better said, twice, for I make so much of it that I eat it for lunch/brunch the next day also. Needless to say I love the stuff. Healthy plus it's ridiculously easy to make too.

When I still ate gluten, ( in bread etc ), one of my favourite meals was Chicken Tikka with well-scorched Nan bread and cucumber Raita! Delicious. Your pic reminded me! :) :(

Anyway, I just ate two bowls of cabbage and ham and potato soup with some carrot and lots of garlic, lashings of olive oil and duck fat and herb salt. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm! D

Pecan pie. Before that: turkey dinner. Before that: lots of cookies. In the near future: lefse. (basically an elephant ear made of potato.) And then probably more turkey.
Ah, the holidays. XD;;; *barf*

Just made this.. a shrimp-cocktail.. with pickles, silver skin onions and those little green s*ckers (capers?) cut into small pieces. Also some mayonnaise, little bit of ketchup, lemon juice, 14 and a half drop of sherry, fresh parsley, dried dill, pepper and salt. On a bed of rocket lettuce.

Image Mmmm, lovely stuff.
(plus nice thread this is)
