I don't know why..... but I am male, but my Adam's apple is nigh-unnoticeable. It's more like a mosquito bite than anything else, in the grand scheme of things.

Try so called 'railroad/cowboy coffee' Various ways to make it, but its brewed in a pan/pot. Boil some water, let it cool to just below boiling and pour in the grounds and let it sit for 5 minutes or so. You do have to add grounds to your specific tastes though. After that you just pour into a mug, no need to filter, just gotta leave the last tablespoon in the cup IF you don't want the grounds as well. Of course we all know there is nothing more manly than drinking the grounds.
Also goes good mixed with a shot of high quality Dark/Spiced Rum such as Gosslings Black Seal or Kraken.
