I'm off to farmfoods now, i read online that vimto makes nice slushies :)

OMG...Farmfoods! Do they still sell that Chinese curry sauce mix? The nine portions for 99p mix which you add hot water to and whisk like mad? There was a time when I weighed about as much as a small baby elephant. It was all down to things like that Farmfoods sauce mix. I was addicted to so many things and so few of them did me any good at all.

Am I cured? Put a box of that sauce in my kitchen and I'd have sixteen chins again in no time at all. That was so nice. Better curry sauce than either of my local Chinese takeaways make.

It has almost doubled in price since I bought it. Just look at that ingredients list. So why do I still want some?

I think I'd still have eaten it if the E621 had been the main/only ingredient. 99.9% of what I consumed was utter crap.

Though maybe this is as good a reason as any not to trek down to Farmfoods in the morning: MSG
