it will not be long before i decide that i am finished with wrong planet. i do not care what responses i get because they will be responses like " see ya later dude" or "have fun" and such like.

i am moving house, and i also am moving mentality. this is not a tantrum post, but i think that wrong planet is not really the place for me. everyone is interested only in good looking and witty people who know the current way to talk.

i have passed into a superseded reality that is no longer relevant. the young and hip prevail.

i will still say a few things, but i am almost dried up because i get no inspiration for my imagination here any much any more.

I think I can understand how you feel about WP, and you've been a member since Aug 2008.

I'm not sure how long I'll be here either but only because I tend to go through phases, although WP is the most comfortable social site I've been on, even though I'm not totally comfortable here either.....and I am old, not hip, and not as intelligent or knowledgeable as most members here.

I hope you'll find a place that inspires and engages your mind.

Dear goodwitcht, I am not young or hip or knowledgeable, either, but there is usually someone nice to talk to here, and usually some interesting topics to get involved in; it's a huge site, and sometimes I find delightful surprises. Check out Shrox's 'Be very Afraid' topic!
Dear b9, First of all, age and appearance are not a priority on all threads, the priority is neurological conditions and the difficulties living with them. Popularity has to do with feeling that someone understands someone else, of feeling understood, perhaps for the first time.

Age and appearance are shared here on a voluntary basis. No one has to reveal more of his/herself than he/she wishes. One cannot be judged on what is not known. Those who choose to share their pictures tend to be very attractive people. Those who do not have their reasons. Some simply prefer to be known for who they really are, which is the person INSIDE the body and behind the face.
You have been a member here for years and are a well-known, witty, much appreciated part of WP. If you feel you are not getting what you need or want here, we will regret your decision and you will be missed.
