Flat iron flank steak, salt and pepper mixed with olive oil. Slow cooked, on corn tortillas with salsa I made the other day mixed with fresh tomato/green onion/jalapeno, topped with cholula.

Sandwich made out of wholemeal toast, bean burger, thin spread of mayo, lettuce and tomato and mango chutney on the side of the plate. I had prunes and a penguin bar for pudding.

I had an ahi tuna steak that I cooked with lime juice and cajun seasoning :D

It was pretty good and I wish I had more... but I only thawed one piece of fish >_>
