There's words in the middle that have no meaning,

Explaining is unlikely to help,

I guess : upper forward nearside track control arm and thermoelectric generator are my equivalents from today.

Ditto the hello fellow Devonian (though I'm a northern immigrant of 36 yrs standing- and sitting, some leaning, a little laying down & occasional posturing)
