If I lose my keys, I will have to do something about it. Also if my washing machine is broken, I will have to do something about it. However, if my coworker loses his keys, I will not have to do anything about it. If my neighbour's refrigerator doesn't work, my coworker doesn't have to do anything about it. If my neighbor's car runs well, my coworkers don't have to do anything about it.
