That's so cool! Are you selling any of them?

Yes, actually. That's why I'm making a lot of them.

Have you decided how much you're going to ask for them?

According to my calculations, I could charge up to $25, but I think I'll probably sell them for closer to 15.

Are you going to make any of medium plum or black color?

Probably, but I need to buy more yarn. I'm running low ATM.

That's alright, I would like to buy one the first of December. How do I do this when the time comes to send the money plus the cost of shipping (I'm in the 23505 area of Norfolk, VA), are you going to sell them on ebay or do you have another website you are selling them from?

I don't have a site set up yet, actually. I was going to stock up on them before selling. I was thinking of probably making an etsy account, but I'll have to see.

That's what I'm doing too with my ritual corn dollies and poppets (voodoo dolls), I'm stocking up ahead of time. Just pm me when you're ready and come first of December, I'll place an order. You should charge $25.00 plus shipping and handling, not $15.00. It looks that nice. But of course that's your business not mine. Smaller one's would be nice for Tarot Cards. I don't know if you have thought about that or not.

I have thought of that. I originally made one to hold my decks and had several people ask if I could make more. hehe

Yeah, maybe I will charge more than 15. I'm just worried if I set the price as high as I can people won't buy them.

I understand what you're saying. Have you done a search on the Internet to see what something like that sells for (any crap from China doesn't count)? You have to consider the cost of materials and how long it took you to make, you don't want to sell yourself short. It's hand made and it looks like it's really nice quality. Know your worth Ms Tea and don't be afraid to ask for it.

I'm a member of a few online crochet groups, so I've done the research. The bags themselves take only a couple of hours each (excluding my distractability... ) and a skain (of which I can make anywhere between one and 3 bags from depending on the size) is fairly cheap. The larger skains run up to 8 dollars, and the smaller ones can be anywhere between 3 to 5 dollars.

It all comes down to what people are willing to pay once I'm past about $12.
