Slept almost ten hours. A new world record for me.
Enjoyed the newfound warmth with my fireplace shut.
Revised a passage of my book.
Enjoyed the warmth some more.
Acted like a sloth.

Dug some more drainage.
Filled holes.
Sweated
Felt dizzy
Planted some elderberries.

That's enough work for one day. ^

Let's have some wine and chill.

Drunk all the time
Feeling fine on elderberry wine
Those were the days
We'd lay in the haze
Forget depressive times

Got video of the roaring river for someone (she won't be getting down there again unless I carry her, but she's too stubborn for that one; I could). Said river will be contributing to the main road flooding. :| It's quite spectacular actually. Deafened myself/made my ears ring louder with the raindrops on the umbrella (need to hear snakes and non-waterproof camera), which is a long story, but at least I can LARP as The End now with ear muffs on for a bit. Washed the little Jeep that could because of the apparently neverending free water from the sky (named such because it's had little issues and one car accident it came off unscathed but the other car was totalled). Day to day stuff. Played around in the rain like a toddler again. Listened to many of the newer Korn albums before hurting my ears (not as painful as I thought it'd be).

I think the raindrops on the umbrella mimic the frequency (close enough that is), as there's no way the decibels are high. I'll have to look this one up.

Hoping my bad luck isn't contagious and all is going well.

Ate three chocolate or peanut butter flavored deserts as three of my meals, and eggs as a fourth. Still managed to be low carb. And I had a multivitamin, so it's all good lol.

Latana is the main invasive around here, but it's not really a bother with the right tools. It ties in with my blade sharpening hobby, so it's the type of weeding I enjoy.

Not much to do with the ongoing rain (I really should start woodcarving). Had a nap (quite an achievement actually), which I apparently woke up from in the middle of all the same. I guess the lack of sleep has been catching up with me. Did the washing (why you moron?). The clothes were wetter on the clothesline (which is under cover, but not perfect cover), lol. They then went on a handrail after another spin. Day to day stuff. Shaved my head, which I guess I do every week or so. I never cut it for the past couple of years, and it's been on and off for several (I only recently shaved it all off again around late last year). I dunno why I do this fully (especially now), as I'd rather grow my hair and shaving it is an extra spoon there, and the sensory stuff of hair isn't too annoying anymore. I'll unravel this mystery.

I saw the same hare again.

^ Good work, domineekee. Another candle in the darkness.

I was going to work on getting rid of more invasives today, but got distracted by my orchids. (BTW, dillogic, around here the most terrible invasive is Old World Climbing Fern and on my property, that and Ceasar's Weed. The fern has choked out acres of the Everglades.)

Got my string fern hydrated fully. Just need to find a spare hanger now. It was not doing well in the palm. Porch with orchids is about half done.

Got the compost bucket emptied and the laundry done! Hurray!

Pulled out heaps of sickle pod.
It's getting beyond a joke.
Decanted some water from the outdoor bath.
Weeded vege patch.
Despaired over the state of the melons.
Mowed orchard 1 & 2.
Mowed around house.
Overheated and spent some time soaking in the bath, eating apple and drinking sparkly water.
Washed hair.
Washed clothing.
Caught up on the flooding situation.
Got horizontal.
