Probably writing in my blog or doing something of a writing nature.

I once had to walk around with my roommate who, as it turns out, can be a jerk in the street. So, to ignore him, I sang the entire Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album, song to song in order, in my head. Have you ever done something like that?

Yes. I do that as a coping mechanism in various situations.

Do you have a hard time finding words to use, to express an apology? Are you able to put your thoughts and/ or feelings into words/text, with ease?

Without insulting somebody? Sorry, I lack such skills. It seems like my apologies get me deeper in doo-doo so I tend to not say anything.

Same question.

It's very hard for me to find the right way or the right words when I want to apologize. I know what I want to get across, but I find it never holds enough value, or I come accross as apologizing for the wrong reasons, as apposed to purely for the other person's well-being. I never want to do that, so, I will merely say, I apologize or, I am sorry, but, I have a strong desire to show that I understand my mistake or why my words or actions or perceptions had been wrong, and how they may have negatively impacted the person.

have you listened to any music, today? If so, what?

Do your clothes affect you in any way, such as, feeling more or less confident, more or less empowered, creative, productive, or the like?
