I’m having quite a flare of pain tonight. It feels like all my muscles are on fire. I took pain medication about an hour ago which has reduced the intensity somewhat. It’s not surprising what with all the emotional turmoil. Saying good-bye to everyone has been as difficult as I thought it would be. Lots to do to finish things up. Then I started going barefoot again. So the pain started in my feet and spread up from there.

In half an hour I should be getting a call from someone who is either from dhs or community health in regards to the case manager. I'm surprisingly calm about it right now. I hate the phone in general, but even more when it's an important call. I also have no idea what they are going to talk with me about. That should be upping the upset, but I sit here feeling nothing. It's bizarre. Hopefully my nerves don't catch up to me during or after the phone call. I'm not freaking out, but I still just want this to hurry up and happen so it can be done and over with. This process is necessary, but damn has it been stressful. I'm just thankful that my dad and the woman from the disability advocacy group have been able to help as much as they have. I'm fortunate and I know it.

Long Holiday. No work day announced JUST HOURS AGO.
Just after my boss is discussing how hectic the day would be because they're going... And leaving this full deck onto me.

Hm.

Holiday or not...
I had decided -- I'm sticking to my sleep and eating schedules. No long had to do it exclusively in work days.

I'm doing this to make my damn body 'more predictable'. :?
Or am I just subconsciously wanting routines?

Thank you, ocean. That is so kind. Pain was gone when I woke up this morning.

Literally just few sips of caffeinated coffee is just enough for me to feel from feeling blank like (which is whole day), to somewhat more awake after sleeping for over 10 hours.

And said coffee should not have any sugars in it.
So I added some salt, unsalted butter and some coconut oil. It wasn't so bad. Not my most favorite, nor is something I'd drink even a half cup of.

Hm.

And this smoothie recipe that I like that I'd make myself someday -- blending a dragon fruit, some bananas and a few pineapples. And enough ice.
No sugar added needed. Milk is optional.

I want to drink so bad. I haven't drank in awhile though, so I'm trying to keep it up and not do that. :(

I still really want a Syrian hamster. I don't think I could take care of another pet though. I love hamsters and miss having one.

She's got another cat who looks even more like that one.

^ The grey one on the left is TT, Lulu's the one in my avatar.

They're real cats though and she's got 10 of 'em now.
